I think the guy should've been charged with full blown rape for every case. The women may have been dead but to me it's just as disrespectful if not worse than raping a living person simply because of how morbid it is and how the family must feel knowing it happened.

It did make the national news. I am stationed at Fort Benning, GA but live in Phenix City, AL and Rush Limbaugh was being broadcast on 540 AM down here and he talked about him.

Yeah i get what you're saying...but the way i feel is that they WOULD have said no. I guess that's the loop hole that keeps this guy from going away for 20 to life for being a serial rapist.

Your out with a co-worker having some drinks. You start to feel bad and dude gives you a ride home and helps you into your house. Soon as you set down on the couch you pass out. Next day you wake up and your ass hurts and your farting bubbles. Is it not rape since you didn't say no?
