MAG (PS3)

MAG is an online only, up to 256 players, first person shooter for the PS3. The experience had from MAG for me is how online shooters should have been from the start.

If you like Call of Duty for its "run and gun" pick up and play game type then stay away from MAG. You're screwed if you want to Rambo your way into this game.

More so than any game I have ever played to be honest. It's black or white. Either you'll like it or hate it.

This game is bad ass. It is the way COD should have been. It is more of a team oriented game rather then the COD Rambo approach. I would recommend this game.....

Have any of you played Arma Or Operation Flashpoint? You get maybe 2 body shots, the first one slows you to a hobble, second shot cripples you and you can only crawl. Head shots are flat out death. Higher caliber rounds will kill you in one hit. There's no "life bar".

I haven't played ps3 online yet so haven't set one up. That is unless its the same as the ps3 store then its djom1cincy. I mostly xbox game play.

I play COD quite a bit but I'm not crazy about most of it's mechanics and various other things. Besides being more tactical, you actually have to know how to AIM to shoot someone in the Vegas series.:D

Would love to be able to play MAG. Looks really good. Don't have PS3 though.:(

It's a first person shooter and has really nothing to compare with Army of 2. This is an online only game with teamwork like nothing before it.

I got this from SloMaro and like it a lot. The graphics are a little weak for a PS3 game but the game itself is pretty cool.
