Bought UPR torque box plates. When welding these in, should they be stitch welds or pretty much weld entire outside edge?

Any information would be appreciated.

I would spot weld them until you have them in place, then just run beads around the entire thing. That's what I'm doing, cuz I know if I dont... I'll end up breaking something my luck...

I just stitched mine top and bottom. don't really need to do it all unless you really want to.
