i heard those trick flow cams in gt40 engines is an automatic 300 rwhp and like 350 rwtq ... any truth to that?

I have my doubts on the 300rwhp and 350tq..it may make decent power but I wouldn't think that much gt40 stuff.

it's well documented the alphabet ford cams are outdated profiles compared to the trick flow stage 1/2 and steeda 18/19 cams. Still they're better than stock but not sure I would limit my cam search to the ford cams when they're all in the same ballpark price wise

no clue. i have seen lots of foxes with a stock explorer motor with a cam run low 13's high 12's. just cause the explorer motors had a junk cam and were choked by their wierd exhaust manifolds...they also have a better flowing intake and heads. so i dont see why a cam, some long tubes, and more fuel couldnt produce power like that. hmm could be a fun lil myth to try out...

some guy came up to me with a black lx foxbody ... it had some cool looking ghost flames on it ... i said, "man, this thing is bringing home the mail" ... he said, "yep, its got a trick flow stage 1 cam in it and 24's" ... this guy was claiming he had gt40's and ripped off an 11.74 at nearly 115 ... no nitrous either ...

i may try that trick flow cam and 24's and see if that drops me down there like that ...

thats what i was thinking ... theres NO way gt40's and a cobra intake can run 11's like that ... he said the power came from the trick flow cam ... bet that bottle was hidden somewhere ...

the guy looking for the b,e,f cam is my best friend so to anyone thats looking to sell any just quote a price because he dont get on here alot and i do so ill let him know what the price is for whatever cam you have ok thanks... P.S. i have a 306 with gt40 iron heads and a "e" cam in it with a edelbrock intake and a demon carb and im prety sure its not a 350 horse mote and its alot faster than a stock motor with a gt40 set up and a trick flow cam si im betting its not going to run in the 11`s even though my car is supposed to run 11.20`s and im pretty sure thats not going to happen either
