i think something is worng with the valve train in my 89 LX, how bad is it to fix? any tips?

what is it doing? did you change cam or if problem just start for no reason?

it seemed to start for no reason im going off second hand info. it was my dads car until this happened and he has not moved it in years....so all i know is something is worng with the valve train...just dont know how much work that involves

I would check oil pressure first oil pump may have went out or broke the oil pump shaft causing it to rattle or tick bad
