Looks like Pure Street Lite.

I don't see how someone could not run 9's with those loose ass rules.

Interesting class.

Kind of a mix between F/S and P/S.

Any plans to for this class to be run at other events besides GA?

sounds like a mix between pure street and renegade. With the suspension mods and any engine management system...I see 9.0 to 9.50 class.

I think these cars will outrun P/S before the end of the season. Should help the NMRA get some more cars out. A carbed, C-4 car would be the shiznit.

This class in the same form will be ran at the Texas exhibition race, but will be redesigned alittle to include other cars since that race is a combined nmra/nmca exhibition race.

I see alot of loop holes but not enough to run 9's. There are no internal engine or clutch rules either. I could see 10.50s I have seen what it takes to run 9's with a 302 based NA motor its alot more than you think

I agree, I think if the right tuned car came out we might see some mid to high 10's, but the average street guy is what we are looking to intice to come out and race. Not saying we dont want the fine tuned guys lol. But we looked at it, and figured the class would see high 10's to 12's.

I think it will start like that, but if it's an event that's at every race it will turn into the same kind of arms race as every other NMRA class...

But thats the thing it will only be at Georgia and Texas. This is an exhibition class, for the exhibition races.

I see. The competition won't be as fierce in a class with only 2 events.

It also gives the FS racers a place to race since FS will not be contested at GA or TX :)
