That's what i was wondering....what about the rest of the electronics? Does it work with a box like MSD or is it self contained like a Mallory? I'd like to see the rest of the installation.

Well i looked at the big block installation and it shows a 12v wire to the battery and one to a key on...so i'm assuming it uses some kind of ignition module inside that fake distributor housing.
