Butterbee's on 125

With all of the talk about B dubs closing and Butterbees getting some press I thought I would post up a review....

We have been there 5 or 6 times, and I have enjoyed everything I have had there. Service is great, and the prices aren't bad either. I haven't had a bad experience there yet.

The fish sammich is awesome, not quite up to Pittsburgh sized, but really damn close.

Try it, I think you will like the place. Nice casual joint.

Ran into Matt and Joe over there on a few of our times there...

its a nice place for dinner. especially if you get there early enough to find a table :D I like the placement of the TVs. Ribs and chicken were bad ass.

Yeah you cant beat the price. The original restraunt is out by us in Mt.Orab. It was opened up in 2006. We go there all the time and have been to the one up on Beechmont a couple times as well. The owners son runs the one up on Beechmont. The owner himself still takes care of the one in Mt.Orab. He has been talking about opening up some more around the Tristate. This guy is loaded and he also owns like 5 or 6 differen't Skyline chili's or Gold Star Chili as well around the tristate. I can't remeber which one it is.

I love Butterbees! The atmosphere in the bar area is fun too, I like it better than BW3s (just heard they closed yesterday!).

X2 on the wings. i had wings she had a chicken sandwich shared and app. two tall beers and a coke all for 30 bucks cant beat it. love that place. also X2 for a meet there. seems to be alot of people on here that live really close to there.

Never been to the new one.But the one out in mt orab is really good.Go there all the time.Best ribs around period.

We've been 3 or 4 times and I LOVE their chicken tenders. They are delish! I'll have to try the potato soup next time we go.

The parking sucks and I wouldn't recommend doing a cruise-in/car show there.

You liked the tenders? I wasn't impressed. It could have just been the time I went but they were really dry.

We went with a decent sized group and no one was really impressed. I have heard from a lot of other people that the burgers are good though.

Never had their burgers but my wife has and she likes them. I usually get the sirloin or fish. Their fried pickles are good as well.

Yeah I gotta get mine without sauce because of the kiddo. But I'll dunk them in their sauce and ranch...delish!

Went there for the first time this past weekend. Pretty darn good. We'll go back. The potatoe soup, best I've ever had. Yum! :bigthumb
