So what does that mean? Are they fox lenght or sn95?

Fox length, they have no ABS ring.

Thought SN95 axles were 29 3/4 inch with ABS ring

Bought one set with 5 lug conversion and decided to upgrade to 31 spline. The other set was in the rear end when I bought it.

Is this the correct axle to do a rear conversion on a fox and what drums do you use?

I can not answer that question. I am changing over to disc brakes on my 5 lug conversion. As far as I can know, it would use the stock drum from a fox.
