just know someone not mentioning any names but , someone i know has a car for sale and they know its really not a stroker and he still has it put up for sale as a stroker.. some people i tell ya.. Thats why i dont go by what people say is done to the car just what you can see..
What if someone buys the car and tears it down and its not a stroker can he be sued
If he is lying about what it is and it really makes you that upset why not post up and call him out? Why protect him.

Is it supposed to be a 331,347 or what?Just wondering because I hear alot of people talking about there non existant 306 strokers all the time.I think some people think just because there 302 has been bored a little it's a stroker.

Hell i didn't think anyone ever owned a 302 anymore. I thought at some point the factory changed them to 306's cause that's all you ever hear or see anymore

maybe lemon law this under that?
Lemon law is only on new cars. Kind of a stupid thread if you know someone not being honest and you dont call him out on it.

spill the beans, a whistler can confirm a cylinders TRUE displacement without pulling the head.
IMHO if you know FOR FACT that someone on any forum is listing something untruthful, call them out about it. Be prepared to back up the facts as your reputation is on the line just as the sellers.
I hate scammers and lazy ass shippers.

Yeah be a NARC people respect those. Lmao
This is a bullshit thread. Why even bring it up. Why would it be a bad thing for calling out someone not being truthful about what they are selling?

so if someone was selling you a "HOT" part or a motor that wasn't all it was supposed to be and you got raked over the coals on the deal.....you'd be ok about it since the buyer lied to you and others that knew said nothing.
Yes, buyer beware, but not everyone has the means and tools to tear a short block down before buying to measure bore x stroke.
