Ok so after a few passes this weekend it's pretty clear that my suspension needs some work. Not sure what is on the front, and I have D-Spec shocks with H&R blue springs all the way around. Not getting any weight transfer.

I know a lot of you have years of experience of what works, and what doesn't. Any suggestions on what I should upgrade to?

stock rear springs, strange 10 ways all around with coilovers up front. good 4 bolt cc plates and a bump steer kit will help. better control arms like adjustables with stiffer ends, subframe connects for twist, an anti roll if you want to get more serious

I am thinking he has the complete UPR rear kit with the anti-roll bar. I agree though. Stock springs in the back with coilovers up-front with some 130# springs. The strange 10's ways are a good combination of price and performance as well.

Yep...coil overs with 130-150# springs up front or eibach drag spring if you don't want to switch to coilovers. Stock springs in the rear. The strange adj. drag struts and shocks are hard to beat. You might want to look at the baseline suspensions/Team Z upper lca's that move the housing mounting point to improve the suspension geometry.

How low is your car? If you can measure the height from the ground to the center of the wheel well on the front and rear and let me know that #

What will you determine from those measurements?

He's already got Dspec's which are the Tokico version of adjustable drag shocks on there now. Mark, with the rears, you just adjust them to the middle and make minute adjustments, and then leave them. The fronts are the important ones. You get those drag springs on there from me, and the lowering springs off, put some stranges on the front and you'll be golden. ET streets are never going to hook like et drags, plain and simple, they will hook, but it takes a little more finess. You'll get it. Just don't make a bunch of changes each pass, just stick to one shock adjustment, or one rpm adjustment, etc. Then make a pass and see how it affects it. Keep making passes till you're sure you've determined the effect it's made for sure. Then make another change and do the same. Keep a logbook, Summit and Jegs have them, they are very valuable, I have probably 10 season's worth. I write down everything for each pass, so I know what works and what doesn't now for my car.
Hope this stuff helps.
