I have a brand new Vortech Power cooler for 96-04 SOHC Mustangs. It came with the kit that I bought but I have decided to go with an air to air set up instead. I bought kit from John Tymensky @ Modular Performance intended to use it on his personal car but never got around to installing it. I believe all the parts to be there but it's possible it could be missing some nuts and bolts. It includes the intercooler core, water pump, coolant tank, wiring, hoses, heat exchanger, etc.
