Distributor cap base issue

Do they make a dizzy cap that screws down to the base instead of clamps?

One of the ears on the bottom half of the cap is broken off and I can't fully secure the cap to it. It's really expensive to replace and so I was looking for a screw down solution instead of clamping.

I thought this would work but it looks stock to me but says it's screw down..http://www.summitracing.com/parts/TAY-918233/
