-tfs hi-port heads worked and flowed by TEA
-solid roller cam....702 int/672 exh...103 center...112 lobe
-pro systems 1000cfm carb
-speed-tech difuser 2 stage kit.(adj from 100-500)...not installed yet but in the garage just in case...lol
Dynamic turbo 400 with dynamic nitrous converter.
8.8 with strange 3.89 gear,strange spool,strange axels

motor made 700hp with conservative tune w/o spray and over 1000 w/spray.
went 5.40 in a 3200lb car in 8th on 8.5 tire on 150 shot.......couldnt spray more cause wanted to get up on the bumper.
With bigger tire and more spray and Gary Rohe tuneing .....maybe 5teens/low 20s...who knows...dont really care as long as I make stangbangerz cruise ins.:bigthumb

Still gotta work out sum new car kinks but I put it on the ground and drove it around block.The brakes feel a lil soft(maybe have to bleed them some more)but the motor feelz REALLY strong.
So few more turns of the wrenches and bring on summer:)

it looks good i like that paint design that bruce made up 4 it do u have a hard time seening over the hood i had made 4 it have u tryed the shout yet 2 see if it will clear the wing when it comes out duke alley made that wing and the shout brackets the back set delete and all the seat and shifter brackets 4 me gould did a super good job on the rest i had a lot of money in it and sold it cheap i have a 01 cobra that i wanted 2 play with hope 2 see it out do u race it at kilkare or edgewater. or just like 2 drive it around.

Well a new build has begun!!!!
I guess I cant leave well enough alone..:lol:
Was able to work a deal for the powerplant combo and tranny out of 93 coupes new ride( and for those who havent seen it yet well lets just say its a work of art.....Rob at ridged did some awsome work on this car...by far one of the best chassis I have ever seen!!!)
Im in the process of putting my 445 inch bullet and 400 tranny in that car which will be done hopefully in about a week or so......
and in my car will go 347 inch bullet with powerglide and a 88/91mm turbo with big stuff 3 and ams-1000...pics will start comming as soon as I finish with the other car so I can get it out of my garage.....I really cant wait to see what the 445 runs in that car because it went 10.50 at 136.8 mph blowing the tires off into high gear on the motor in my car at 3240 pds and this new car weights about 500 pds less and has a much better chassis....should go mid 9s on the motor and still has 2 stages of spray available.....

Well not gonna make the shootout or the fall cruise looks like.....got the big stuff back today and put it all in and motor lit right up but noticed a puddle of oil under exhaust.....took off exhaust and theres oil in turbo impeller and alot of metal shavings...looks like turbo is junk....this is getting on my fuggin nerves!!!!
GRRRRR first bad big stuff now bad turbo...im not happy..

lol...Im about to!
Got it all together and put it on the ground. I backed it out of garage and drove it around block at an idle and pulled it back into garage and that was it..Next time I tried to back it out of garage ....nothing...no forward and no reverse.:mad:.........put it back up on stands and pulled tranny out.
Found the front pump gear was brake in 6 places:mad:.. basically the guts inside were stock junk stuff....so I put 180 straight cut gear set in it and new front pump and put a 8 disc high gear drum in it.(stock is 6)..kevlar bands and put it back together.
Started it today and it moves back and forth under power so thats a plus...now it needs a good tune up on the big stuff and well see what happens.

Car is getting minitubbed and coilovers with a 315x60x15 dr tucked up underneath....The stance will be LOWWWWW!
and removable fiberglass dash.
A pt 2000 air to water intercooler between the seats and new water cell in the back.
The front end is getting cut off and a new PT 98/88 precision turbo will be peeking out of the front grill smilling:D
Plus all new wireing and plumbing and turbo tubing so I will be busy the next few weeks...

I was just wonderin why u r tubin it I got a 01 cobra and I can fit a 28 12.50 et drag and a 325 drag radial all I did is have kurt at k m welding cut some of the rear end I ran alumstars on it. I paid bruce gould all that money to paint the car for me and u are cuttin it up. Lol good luck with number 25 number 26 a 03 cobra will be at bruce gould asap gettin ready for spring

I was saying it was heat soaked because I had to race twice while shawn got to cool down. I was trying to buy some cool down time. Yes I was working at Cincy Speed at the time and Craig crashed babb and I was just finishing my roller so we pulled the 331 out of his car and put it in mine to get it running and dial in the car....It was his long block with all my blower stuff and DFI and feul injection...It ran pretty good for a little motor...I drove it all over including middletown a few times and I drove it to edgewater and it went 9.00s at 157 with only 18 pds of boost and 20 degrees timing....it wasnt my motor so I didnt want to lean on it...I had alot of fun and even raced Craig in his nova couple of times to boot.Once he got his orange car goin we put the 331 back in that car and he went like 907 at 154 in it so it was good lil piece.

Oh no no........were not talking 9.os my brotha.....that was years ago
Trust me it will take more than 9.0s to get it done this time.....Like my signature says 8.20s-8.30s thats what im shootin for(if I dont get there it will still be faster than 9.0s)..... so if you can cover that with the squid then well line-em up and let them eat and see where the dust falls.
Keep in mind I will be driving mine to the track then driving it home win-or-lose.

Well making a little progress....finally got old cage and rear cut out and cleaned up so we can start putting in all the new bars and stuff......Going 25.3 full chromolly cage with ladderbar set-up...fab 9 inch with 40 spline gun drilled axels and strange dual caliper brakes.......But for now....a BIG hole HAHAHAHA
