Need some mechanical assistance

Posted this in general to hopefully get some options. I tried installing my relocation brackets tonight. A bolt in the axle girdle is seized up and I think I started to shear it. Anybody able to torch it out and weld the brackets in? I am on the eastside and off Thurs and Fri. Thanks in advance for your help.

Is the housing off the car? sounds like an easy enough task.

Nope I wish, its all still under the car.

you take it out and bring it to the shop i can do it. cant really drag a 220 welder around.
or just trailer the whole car.
