Got these left over from playing with the Merkur. One is out of an older Volvo, one is out of a '90s Saab...don't recall year/model of either one. Both are in great shape though. I had the Saab core on it at 17psi and it made a huge difference. Either one is way better than nothing at all if someone is playing with a turbo 2.3 setup. I have them on CL for $30 each, i'll take $20 each here. I also have a couple Bosch bypass valves, $20 for those too.

I think i also have a Turbo Coupe intercooler somewhere as well.

I used a bunch of random pipes really...just stuff a pulled off different turbo cars. You could have a muffler shop bend up some pipes if you really wanted to keep cost down. I have a magazine article with a tbird going 12s with muffler shop pipes. Just fyi i think U pull and pay wants like 35 for these things.

The Volvo intercooler is out of a 740. It will also fit a 240 without modification, for the guys doing turbo swaps.

Man if you only knew how many times i've measured these damn things and forgot to write down the numbers :lol:

This should take care of it. The small one is...SMALL. But it's twice as thick as the Volvo core and is a bar and plate design which is more efficient. Take that for what it's worth.

All measurements taken at the widest or thickest points.
