nada has no add for saleen or roush cars.

they are worth what a gt is as far as a bank is concerned

the only cars with an add are the 05 up shelby gt's

Roush GT

Saleen's are in NADA..Roush's aren't though. not sure why they left Roush out

Saleen is a manufacturer whereas roush and steeda are tuners. Saleens therefore are not consideres Ford's so they have their own values. Roush and steeda are considered fords so you would go by whatever engine is in then, typically the 2 and 3 valves. You could always have it appraised for loan and insurance reasons.

well,

i've been selling for 6 years. and i've booked out many cars in the nada system that we are tied into. I have never seen an add anywhere for saleen or roush

saleens do not decode as a saleen, they decode as a mustang gt, period.

go to your bank and ask them to look up in their system, give them the vin to a saleen car, i guarantee you they will not find an add for it

edit: i looked at buying a leftover saleen truck a year and a half ago, it was considered used, and the bank wouldn't come close to giving me what they were wanting

Whats that a shot?? Does it ever seem like i've had trouble buying a car??

I work in the really real world of car sales. Unless you got someone that really wants your Saleen or Roush. Chances are you going to lose big if you buy it new.

The reg nada system that most lenders use and look up will have no add for saleen or roush. Some credit unions and such will take the personal look up nada.

Double checked with my buyer, his nada nor black book have any adds for Saleen or Roush.

Thats why my buyer always calls me when he's looking one at the auction to get my input on what I think we can sell it for.

But what do I know, I only sell about 300 cars a year for the last 6 years.
