Having that much distribution potential in his car I bet he didn't give consent. Cops were probably suspicious and decided to release the hounds to force a justified search. He was probably low on inventory and ready to restock the rolling street pharmacy with that small of a bond.

Lives in loveland frequents montgomery road, looks like montgomery and indian hill will be sober for a couple days....
