Highly pissed off that I have to sell, but if I don't get rid of my money pit BMW soon my wife is going to kill me, so up for grabs is my 1967 c-code mustang. For those of you who don't know what a "c-code" is, it means that it is a 2v 2bbl 289 V8. Along with that is a C4 automatic tranny, power steering, and power brakes(factory installed).

It is wimbledon white with saddle interior. The guy that owned it before me replaced the carburetor, spark plugs and wires, battery, water pump, flushed the radiator, installed flowmasters, replaced the floors, front fenders, aftermarket air conditioning, and installed a CD player with 6x9's and 12'' subs in the trunk.

Since I have owned it I have had the following done: New fuel pump, carburetor tuned, new power steering control valve, new idler and pitman arms, replaced aftermarket steering wheel with new stock one, shifter rebuild kit, had brakes adjusted, replaced dome light housing, replaced taillight bezels with fresh chrome, installed LED sequential taillights, new distributor, brand new American Racing wheels with new front tires (rear are still good), brand new back-up lights, mini tach gauge by retro gauge (these things are cool. research if you don't know what it is), and a fresh oil change.

All work has been done professionally except for the LED's and the tach, which I did myself. This car is a great running car. I picked it up from Nashville, Tn and drove it home with no problem. As of now it sits in my in-law's garage in Madison, In. I love this car and really do not want to sell it. I have a lot of money in it, so my price is $9000obo. I have looked everywhere, and it is very hard to find a 67 c-code in this condition at this price.

Yeah, 67 fastbacks are hard to find at $9000 in rough shape!

I may have gone down to Nashville to look at this car a few years ago. Does it have bondo in the driver's side rear quarter, with "Bondo noodles" poking through visible in the trunk? It looks exactly like the one I went to see. As I recall, he worked at a Volvo dealership, and we drove past it on the way to his house.

God no!! I wouldn't of bought the car if it had bondo in it! Thats why I went to Tennessee to pick it up! Everything I looked at in Cincinnati and Dayton was shitty! I went over the whole car with a magnet. The rear quarters are solid! Besides, this guy didn't live in Nashville.

I did forget to mention that, 92,300 original miles.

I am glad it's not. I was a little worried there for a minute. It sounds like it is pretty close to what my '67 was before I started getting a little go-fast spendy. Sorry you have to sell it, and good luck with the sale!
