did the number one piston pop in the original engine? just wondering because mine did as soon as I put in the turbo....lol I am looking to order an MMR shortblock and possibly a nice trans setup.

mine was in #8. and i drained my oil pan and it was straight coolant. I'm getting an mmr long block in December too. and looking at t56 Mag tranny.

I ordered the mod 900 shortblock from MMR and it should arrive mid June. I'll let you know what dyno numbers it makes. FYI so far Im happy with the service from MMR.

I might be able to bring out my hoist on Sunday and give you a hand if you dont get one by then. I'm stuck working all day Saturday.
