same here ours just hung up and now it's bowing.

A few months ago I walked out of mine and hit the button to close the door. Just cleared it when I heard a load boom. The bolt connecting the door to the hinge on the chain come loose and slammed down from up high. Door is heavy as hell when I lifted it back up by hand. If it hit me it could have been bad. Needless to say. I doubled nut the bolt. I could also use some work on mine. There is daylight coming in around the door.
