We've had our house up For Sale for almost (6) months with no bites. Short selling and foreclosure is out of the question.
We're trying to decide whether to Rent it out or Sell it on a land contract. I have separate thread asking about Selling on a Land Contract.
What advice can you Landlords give on renting out your property ?
Where can I get a person's Credit History and Criminal/Eviction records ? I do know already that I need to get the person's signed consent first.
