Need Someone to Buff My SSP

I just pulled off the front STATE TROOPER decals so I can put the correct set on. Would like to just get the front fenders buffed out before I install them. Being that it is a marked Police show car I would prefer the person be able to come to my house or a place I can go and wait for them to do it.

The closer to Middletown area the better.
