Dealers are required to run BG checks and everyone I have bought from a dealer had it done, gun show or brick and mortar store. Private seller you can buy from anywere unless they live out of state.
And if felons didnt have guns they would use a knife or club or anything else. Gun laws are flawed and most the time just hurt the law abiding gun owner.

Felons will purchase guns through any means if they want a gun. The last thing they care about is legality. After all they became felons by breaking the law to begin with. By purchasing a gun being a felon they are breaking the law. They make the life choice to lie in order to get the gun from the buyer to begin with. Therefore they are purchasing the weapon illeaglly either way. It's a life choice. I don't agree with the rule either, but if the rules say no gun sales, then no gun sales. Doesn't have to be a political or legal reason behind it.

If you just want a place where you can freely call people obscene names, threaten them with harm, or rag on them until they're so mad they go on killing sprees, go to yellow bullet or extreme street cars. It's just not wanted or needed here.

Not every single site on the internet should be the same. There are all different types of people, and all different types of forums. Why can't that just be accepted? I sold them to another long time member. The thread was never closed or deleted and nothing was ever said back then. Either no one gave a damn about enforcing rules back then or it wasn't a rule
