Leather couch and chair

I bought these one year ago at the Midwest Clearance Outlet for $850 and some change. I'm asking $400 cash OBO. We want to get a sectional. They are in great shape. They have a couple of minor surface scuffs here and there. The cushions all come off and fasten with velcro. This is good for retrieving change, toys, lugnuts that you forgot were in your pocket....you get the point.

I work 6am-6pm all week, but might be off on Friday or leave early

It's right at 7'. I work 7a-7p on wed/thurs. Friday would be good for me. Any time before 6pm. I do have someone who is supposed to come see it tonight. I'll let you know if it's still available.
