Eliminating the engine bay pinch weld

Can you weld the panels back together from the dash side vs doing it in the engine bay?

which pinch weld are you talking about? where the cowl meets the firewall?

That is the only one I know of.....

That sounds like it would be a mess to try to accomplish. You'd probably have to do most the welding on the outside... only because of the lower cowl of the car... couldnt get to it from the inside.
