I understand when there's bad weather come on TV and tell everyone........But why in the hell do we have to make it a 3 hour display of bullshit and live reports. Like I wanna see the dorky weather people showing me what a storm looks like, or better yet holding the microphone up to the umbrella to let me hear the rain!!! And also who sends in photos of the storms? I mean really? Unreal!!! What a joke!
Oh better yet one of them is in the storm wearing flip flops!!! Get off the TV u damn dork the game is on!!!

I hate the fuckers. Three hours worth of non sense for a storm. It's so bad that I pay not attention when they have a warning. I mean they sound the warning sirens for a t storm watch. Who give a shit about t storm watches. I don't want to watch tv on my small computer screen because they feel the need to report on a storm for three hours. Two minutes between commercials is just fine. I'm going to send emails out when I get home.

I sent this....

To whom it may concern,

I totally understand that when there is a severe thunderstorm warning, tornado warning, ect, you need to let people know. But to totally take up hours on the tv with complete nonsense is uncalled for. Last night, I tried tuning in for Hells Kitchen, like I do every week, only to find your weather tools going over the same stuff for hours, then go right into the news. Im competely done with Channel 19 because of the total nonsense that your news department has become. I used to get up and watch the news every morning because it was local. I dont know what demographic your going after, but this is one person that will refuse to watch channel 19 news.

I know you probably dont care, but I know for a fact that there are others out there that feel the exact way that I feel. Enough is Enough

Thats very well said! Im thrilled that everyone is embracing the "weather tools", Enough is enough. I see it like this.......I know we all remember the "hall monitor" type of kids in high school......These are the mother fuckers running these things. Bunch of candy asses! God I need a blood pressure pill! LMAO

Reminds me of when there were only 4 channels in Cincinnati - 5,9,12,19.

President Carter would be addressing the nation or presidential debates would be on, or een worse Watergate Hearings, ARGH!!!!! It would be all three channels, and channel 19 would be running reruns of Mary Tyler Moore, All in the Family or some other show that a 10 year old kid could care nothing about at that time.

Yip, these idiots with the weather alerts that go on for hours and hours and hours drive me nuts. And of course it's never Vallerie Abate, or some other pleasant to look at meterologist, its some dumpy geek in a plaid sport coat. If they are going to bore me to death at least do it with Valerie wearing a bathing suit. LOL!!!!!

I agree. I hate the news anyways. I go insane watching them spin the shit out of everything they go on air with. Especially when they have no story. You know the stories so bad you cant even make em up. They just flip a coin for a lame story, add some misleading comments, a few spin lines, and some goofy boob with no self respect to do it in front of thousands of people. All they do anymore is make mountains out of mole hills ect ect........blah blah blah. Idiots.

There must be another storm moving in tonight because there is a t-storm watch in effect...but the funny thing I saw was, how all the info is now scrolling at the bottom of the screen. I think the news channels pissed alot of people off the other night.

Think they got the point?

Nope. All the storms are out west still. They have been doing the same thing for a few years now. A few angry emails won't stop them. If they get close I bet they break in with the viper dopler super street see you changing in your window radar.
