i have offer on a trade and have no clue if these work wit stock engine and anthin i need to put them on

yeah they will bolt on a 302 0r 351w Make sure they are not the p's because then you need to watch out for certain headers. I used to own a set of ported o ringed p's so they may be floating around

Use graphite head gaskets with them, if they have the wire inserted into the groove, if they are the locwire gasket type, which is a wide, shallow groove, then only the felpro locwire gaskets will work and I have never had luck with them.
