My g/f decided to adopt a Black Lab/Husky mix puppy that was born on March 31st. Unfortunately she's found out very quickly how much time is required to properly care for a puppy and she does not have the ability to do so. It's a somewhat bitter subject between her and I and I tried to push back as much as I could when I heard about her thinking about the dog....

I'm going to help her out as much as I can to find a good home for the dog as her parents are forcing her to find a new home for the dog and it's not fair to the dog.

She's currently 11 pounds and is the runt of the litter, so she won't be too terribly big, but she will get taller according to the vet. She's had all of her puppy shots except for the last set.

If you have any questions or know of anyone who might be able to take her give me a call at 513-315-6583.

omg... that is one cute puppy!! I had a full blooded black lab! One of the best dogs out there! I had German Shepherd that was part wolf when I was a kid... smartest/nicest dog I ever met...

I wonder if I could talk the parents into that little fella... lol

2000GT, would you still be interested? Her parents told her it's either her or the dog that has to go :(

She is extremely playful and LOVES being outside. Her parents have a fenced in backyard and she would live out there if she could. She has somewhat of a weak stomach so she gets green beans in the morning with her food to help it settle.

Also, my g/f just bought a brand spanking new cage for her from Petsmart for $80 and a bed for $20. She'd include both and all of her collars and leashes for $50.

She's turning out to be a beautiful dog. She's grown taller and is still slim.

I figured but thought I'd ask. Thanks man. I'd much rather see her go to someone I "know" rather than someone off of clist.

I have 2 dogs now. Never had 2 dogs at the same time before. I dont think I would ever have just one dog again. They are best friends and you cant seperate them without whining. Anyone thinking about getting this dog so your current dog can have a buddy when your not around do it. These are great dogs and your current dog will thank you for getting it a friend.

I just hollered at the wife about it to see. I'll let you know. We have a minature pincher minus the minature part (he's beagle size) and is playful, so it may just work!

House broken???

She is good inside the house, but she does go into her cage at night as she's still a pup. When they're home, she roams the house wherever she wants.
