If you cant get the one Mike has... the rebuilt ones aren't too hateful of a price... Same thing happened to mine when I first bought it... Dizzy wanted to push up and spin out of the motor! Made a gawd-awful noise too!!

I think mine was an A1-Cardone... if you get one, make sure your pickup coil tests out perfectly. Heard too many stories about the electronics in rebuilt parts not getting replaced when they get reman'd, however the distributor body itself has been rebuilt and in perfect shape.

Mine has lasted almost 100K since I replaced it. I got lucky with the pickup coil.
