Just put on pro five stars on the rear of a 94 GT and they stick out so far they rub the fender.......Does anyone know what backspacing I should be running so this doesnt happen? Currently I am running a 295/50/16

5.5 - 6.5 BACK SPACING

ok.......5.5 will mean the wheel will tuck further?

You never said what back spacing and width the wheels you have are currently? Back spacing is the distance from the wheel flange mounting surface to the inside edge of the rim. It determines how your wheel and tire are staggered inside the wheel well. MOre back spacing puts more to the inside of the wheel well. Two rims 15x8 in width with one having 4.5" BS and the other 5.5" BS the 5.5" BS wheel will tuck 1" tighter or closer to the inner fender.
