Stupid auto to manual swap

Guys, I'm getting ready to buy the flywheel and clutch pack. I was sure I read somewhere about Ford having three different flywheel balancers 21oz, 31oz and none(?) depending on the year/model.

It appears Summit sells the externally balanced (none?). But I can't find the weights.

I'm had a complete pull from an '89 302 with an AOD system and need to know which flywheel to order.

I did some cleaning up in the garage and found a FoMoCo flywheel. Any idea if the casting # will tell me what I have?

its neutral balanced, 28 oz and 50 oz ... if you're using stock parts, its a 50 oz ...
