I'd go with a coilover setup personally. Those springs just make the car sit so damn high.

Expensive? What's a set of front c/o's cost? Just use C/O's up front and stock rear springs cut down.

I have Sportline springs in my Mustang. It has quite literally 1.5 to 2 inches of ground clearance. I do not recommend them.

And yes, I get that Sportline's don't weight shift.

Last I looked, yesterday I think, front coilovers were like 269.99... Sooo no, not happening for me, lol

I have sportlines on my '94, and Koni adjustables, and if I crank down my Koni's I do get some weight shift, not much, but noticable

How bad does it really sit? like stock? lol! Got a pic? Mine springs will be going into an '88 but I'd still like to get a good idea

You can pick up a coilover kit cheaper than that.I just put a kit together 2 minutes ago on the internet for 215. And Im pretty sure Cincy Speed carries the Strange Coilover Kits on the shelf.Call over there and see what they say.

I wouldnt do mine any other way.Ive got Coilovers all the way around.

I would, I really would. But I just cant afford the cost of coilovers vs. drag springs.

I'm trying to sell a set of lowering springs to even get the drag springs. I'm sure one day in the future I'll go coilovers, but heck I dont even have a tubular K member. I got that cheap stock stuff

this is with eibach drag launch springs, uncut, front and rear. you could probably cut a bit out of them but this is how it will sit out of the box. and the fronts are a pain to install

Its higher than stock in the rear.No kidden.I run stock 88 gt rear springs in the cobra.Cut also.1.29 60 on the back tire.I dont think your gonna get a whole lot of weight transfer with anything unless you run a sticky tire anyways.

From experience on other Steeda suspension products I'd say anything but Steeda. I have their LCA's on my 05 and the bushings are already about to split out of the sides. The through bolt sleeves on the bushings are very thin wall in comparison to others like BMR.

I was wondering what springs you have. When I drove you're car I liked the way it started to come up.

I plan to run hoosier slicks, 26x8.5's

Jason's car (1baddlx) sat perfect with those springs, with the correct size tire too.

cut stock in the rear and coil over in front with 130lb. springs with SB 302. If those cost to much get 130# round track springs for a fox there cheap and serve the same purpose. Were not even going to get into shocks at this point!

I had the Eibach (UPR) kit on my 91 GT, it did make it sit high, but it did shift weight nicely... I found a smokin deal on them too, pm me if you wanna know more...
