1992 Civic 4door

Dx model, swapped out the 1.5 and put a d16y8 with just over 100k, ex trans.

Lowered on tein lowering springs, short throw shifter (iirc), No name fart cannon, and a aem cai that has seen better days, 14in enkie rims painted lime green, jdm sport guage cluster (has a tach in it so no need for the "monster")

The car is rusty but trusty, needs a crank seal sometime (leaks but not horrible just check and add periodically) Exhaust is hacked together and will need some work, and the throwout bearing makes some noise but i would drive it untill it gets worse.

Plum exterior, grey interior.

Looking for some trades, or cash. Trade wise im looking for a nice dirtbike/quad. Cash im looking around 1200 obo, if i cant get close to that im sure i can part out for close to that. gets around 34mpg for a 80%-20% mix highway-city

Not the throwout bearing but mainshaft bearing or as I call them, ISB or input shaft bearing.

OK lol either way you go it doesn't take much time or effort to change. As far as pics go ive got one, wont have more untill i get time to go pick the car up from my buddys house. I think mista was going to host it for me and post it up? I just cant figure out the pics right now, and i don't have alot of time to mess around with it.

what sucks is the 30 hours I put in swapping the VTEC motor/tranny in and fixing other little things. I got to drive it 120 miles afterwards. I was headed to a local shop to get AC recharged, then new tires tomorrow.

30 hours in this heat is what upsets me the most about the incident. If it would have happed before.....no big deal IMHO.

Oh well, thats what insurance is for.
