Very sorry to hear.

Hard to watch but I will be thinking about it a bit more next time I am getting a little stupid on my bike. Thank you for the post.

I see this daily. I'll be seeing my lawyer on Monday as a road raging driver cut me off a week ago. I'm testing video setups in my car to prove that people today just don't pay attention anymore or are in such a hurry (all about ME!) that they don't care.

As a courier that drives 6 days a week around Cincy averaging 125 miles a day, I see at least 5 serious incidents that would result in bad injuries and once a week one that would be deadly.

Not long ago I watch a older man drive head on into a guardrail near Old Coney at 70 mph. Took out 6-7 posts while the Armco collapsed. It wasn't as bad as the incident on 675 with the F Body but driving through the "explosion" of parts and debris will make you think. It was never on TV, never in the paper. I can only pray the guy was ok. I did my best to give exact location of the wreck but 911 operator wasn't helping.

About the cellphones in use while driving. I don't/won't have a smart phone, don't even have a text plan on my monthly bill and never will. I have used my phone in light expressway traffic but have put an end to that.

I guess I'm getting old at 43, knowing to older/slower lifestyle. People today are in such a rush they even forget an leave their kids in a hot car.
