03 Cobra For Sale

Well I really hate to be selling this but I no longer have access to a truck and I'm going to need something for winter. Its a 2003 Mustang Cobra Convertible. Currently has 68,xxx miles on the body. Motor was just replaced and comes with a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty. Transmission was rebuilt to viper specs and has approx. 25,000 miles on it. The stock supercharger was put on to the new engine and only has about 20,000 miles on it, it has a smaller pulley creating 15lbs of boost. The previous engine had a whipple supercharger. Car drives great and is a lot of fun. Has HID headlights and foglights. Has full bassani exhaust, long tube headers, catless pipe and bassani mufflers. Has tubular k member and lower control arms. Has Bilstein coil overs on all 4 corners. Has SVT fuel psi and oil psi guages in a pillar guage pod, and autometer a/f ratio guage in the steering column guage pod. boost guage is down in center console. About a month ago I swerved to miss a car cutting me off and I hit a curb. Only thing damaged was the wheel and tire, so the car has anthracite bullits on it right now. I still have the 03 cobra style wheels but the replacement is on backorder for another few weeks. You can take the bullit wheels on the car or if you want to order a replacement cobra style wheel when they are available, i will give you the other 3 and swap all the tires over for you, i do need the bullits back though, i need a set to be able to roll my other stang around on. My buddy has been looking for an 03-04 Cobra vert everyday now for a while. I am going to tell him about this one to see what he thinks. I know though the first thing he will ask me is, what happened to the car that it needed a transmission rebuild at 43,000 miles and a new engine at 68,000 miles. So I will go ahead and ask to get it out of the way. Also how many owners has it had? Thank You

Im not exactlly sure on how many owners its had. i know for sure that i am at least the 3rd. The first owner i know of had a whipple supercharger on the 1st engine and was making some good power. So he had the trans rebuilt to viper specs to support the power. however it wasnt long before he blew the motor so he sold it to the next guy. he then had ford put in a new crate motor in august of 09, and he just put the factory supercharger on it. then he lost his job and was forced to sell the car. he had a new clutch, throw out bearing, pilot bearing, and pressure plate put on when the new engine was put in. thanks for spreading the word :)
