I am building an 85 coupe this winter and i need some parts for it. I need a hood, front bumper and some body mouldings. The car currently has an 82 front end on it that i would be more tham willing to get rid of, any questions let me know.

yes thats the one, any info on the history of this car would be great. I am definetly interested in the lx front bumer and the hood from the previous post. I also recieved a pm from someone that has some of these parts as well, i guess these cars are more popular than I thought. I know the previous owner. We laughed because that car was kind of a clone of mine...mine's an '85 with a '79 nose.

I know the guy who put the 82 front end on the car. It was all stock when he got it, but the front fenders and hood was rusty, and the floor pans were shot. Well he put a 2x4 under the seat, and pulled the nose off his 82 gt he had dismantled. It also used to have centerline wheels on it and sat like a 4x4...lol. The car had a problem draining the battery, and the exhaust someone had hacked together...but the car was never beat on. It is an original 4cyl car however, and if I remember right they put a newer 302 in it, carbed it, and threw a stock aod in it that would never shift right...lol. That car had a hard life at one point...but with a little elbow grease could be cool.

I'm pretty sure it also has my Stealth intake on it, or it did at one point.

i will definetly sell u the nose when i get the correct nose for it, it came with a 4bbl factory intake so I ended u putting that intake on it with a 780cfm holley, i know its a lot of carb, it actually came off of my corvette but its temporary for now. I appreciate the information on it, i bought it because the body is actually pretty clean, very little rust.

Yeah, that intake is actually the original intake off my '85. I wonder what happened with my Stealth then...

probably sold it, i am pulling the motor here in a few days and its going to result in a true nastynati small block by AND CUSTOMZ, most likely boosted. i need the body parts so i can get it in the garage and start the body work, mini tub and cage.

Ps the bumper is off a coupe, so it doesn't have the foglight holes
