2005 GSXR 1300

2005 Hayabusa, 280hp , Nitrous, Air Shifter,New clutch, Motor was just gone through and dyno tuned, has run in the low 8s on motor with a good rider. Ive ridden this bike a few times and its rediculously fast. Over 23k invested. Will sell for 10k may take a $2,000 fox body as partial trade but that would be it. I need a minimum of 8k in cash plus a car, but would prefer to sell it straight out. Im posting this for a friend so i dont know who did all the work but im sure i can find out for you. Runs low 8's on the motor? That would be real hard to do. You may want to re ask that guy

i just got off the phone with him, 170lb rider no nitrous. I didnt think it was that unbelievable considering they run high 9s stock. Its making 280whp on motor. Ive ridden it a few times i weigh 250 and it would blow the tire off anytime i got past 3/4 throttle but im no where near capable of riding it to its potential. It will bury the speedo with no effort.

So what's in the motor to give it 280 at the back tire?

Ok i was off a little it ran 8.76 and 8.81 he just found the slips and sent me the times as far as the motor, the displacement is now 1397cc im not sure what exactly was done to it but i know all the internals were replaced. It does have an aftermarket cam of some sort, you can definitely hear a difference at idle. the head has been reworked, ported and polished etc. It has a full Muzzy exhaust, PCIII, BMC race filters. I didnt build the bike nor was i there when it was built. Ive ridden it a few times and ive owned numerous fast sportbikes and this one is wicked it pulled away from my 1000RR like i was sitting still. The guy that owns it has a ton of $ and has never been cheap when buying or building anything hes just running out of room for all of his toys so this one has to go since he never rides it.
