anyone have a good remedy to clean the funky corrosion like substance on aluminum carbs? got a carter afb on a trade and want to clean up the outside funk off of it and make it look nice.:bigthumb

no ideas guys and girls? spraying carb cleaner works great for grease and gas residue, but not the tarnish like funk.:mad:

You could powder coat them.
