I guess that is what I get for owning a diesel that hasn't ran for 3 yrs on it's own. Finally got it runnable last month, but can't stop. So that means I couldn't drive it the 150 miles home from Lexington to Belfry, KY. So in comes something to tow it on a open trailer.....

Ooppps. This happened after the journey. It was only about 15 yrs old and rated for 1500#@35psi. :D

PS- An 04 Avalanche 1500 is only rated to tow 8000#. I got 11mpg running in 3rd gear with tow/haul mode engaged driving at 60-ish through the mountains.
