on a 97 4.6 mustang with a vortech supercharge?

need a new belt mine is slipping real bad when i get up in the rpms.

Can't you take it off and go to like napa or something and measure it with a new one

could but its a bitch to get on and off so i figure i see if any one knew befor i had to do that. i dont no how stretched mine is either.

and i want to make sure i get the right one so im not in the same boat with my belt slipping all the way down the track ;)

According to Vortech's website its a 6 rib 113" belt. Here is their part number.

Not a problem bud! I remember going through the same thing tryin to find the belt for my 94 so it was easy. I just went to Vortech's site and looked at their belts and then searched Dayco's site for a 6 rib 113" belt. :bigthumb

Hmm according to Dayco's website the 6 rib 113" Belt is 5061130.

Looked at number again and they didnt look familiar did they have part number for Dayco dynaflex.
