it took three months but finally its over. we move in sunday to our first home. it is in the village glen subdivision in eastgate. anyone else on here from there. what a relief to have it over with.:bigthumb

Its near where my parents used to live before we moved to Shayler.
Its in between Tealtown and School house, right across from Pat's parents house.

Buying/Selling Real Estate can be an extremely stressful time.

Word of advice to anyone buying a piece of real estate. Be absolutely sure to do a TITLE SEARCH and buy title insurance. It will save your ass big time!

We did buy the insurance and found out there was a lean. Well worth the 500 bucks.

The seller/realtor we're totally unware of it's existance. We're waiting for the State Attorney General's office to clear it up so we can buy the property.
