Header adapter plates???

Im curious if anyone has any info on Kooks or any other header manufacturers adapter plates. Looking to see what company makes the plates with a 2 3/8 diagonal pattern. I know my Kooks headers have 2 3/4 diagonal bolt pattern.

My hookers have the diagonal pattern I dont know what the bolt spacing is off hand though

I beleive the Hooker spacing is what Im looking for. Do they make adapter plates for them?

Mine came with the headers. I am sure if they were off they could be made easy.

Its for a friend and he isnt real sure who made the headers??? Just thought Id see if anyone knew what all spacings there are and for what brand of header.
