I am going to eventually run n2o and I am trying to calculate the correct injector size... Do I base the injector size off N/A horsepower or N/A + n2o horsepower???

If you are going to be running a wet nitrous system, then N/A horsepower. For a dry shot, add N/A HP and N2O HP.

Planning on wet, and that was what I thought, just wanted to make sure.
