I'm looking for a "reasonable" cost roofer and maybe a general contractor that can help me with a bathroom and kitchen remodel.

again notice I said reasonable...... like filler work type reasonable or hey I do roofs and if you get it ready I'll come out and do it for ?

not I'm a roofer with a fleet of trucks and can give you a estimate.

I have two estimates for a roof . material is 1500 from lowes and these guys are wanting 4000-4500 installed with material.

I have been looking for the van of mexicans with no luck. lol

41sq with new felt , freeze gaurd and some flashing work . roof is a 6/12 small cape cod single floor .I will buy all the material just need labor. in and out just don't have the time. roof has two layers on the front one on the rear.

pm me your number and I have 2 friends that do this kind of work. I have seen both work and they do buisness from down in cincinasty to indian hill. Both will treat you right and are very affordable. Unless you would rather just have their number. Just let me know.

I've been in construction for 31 yrs. If they are willing to tear it off and clean it all up and reroof it for 4500, you better jump on it. That a pretty good price.

Only half is two layers. hell the back is one layer with no felt. no clue bought it this way. It's a 40x30 roof. no way I'm paying 2500 -3000 in labor for this job . I could this by myself in a 3 day weekend. this is a one day job for a crew.

looks like I'll end up doing it myself.

everyone must have good prices cause I have 3 estimates now and they are all the same price for the most part.

Im not to worried out gettin payed other than for my gas. I am not good enough with a motor to help work on other peoples so I figured I can help else where to fellow bangerz.

I have thought the same thing, seems really high just for a company to have 6 latino's at $5 hr for 10 hrs. lol
I am not a roofer but I have a little roofing experience. I might be able to help if you decide to do your self.
