anyone here ever hard wire the plug from a 96-98 mass air to the wiring harness of a fox?

i notice the four wires are the same colors on each harness,but want the advice of u all first,had an adapter but lost it

any and all help is apprec.

i hard wired my lightning meter to a fox ... got the plug off a 2000 taurus (6 plug) and you dont use the outer 2 wires ... the middle 4 should be color coded the same ... 2 power wires (hot/ground) and 2 signal wires ...

My buddy hard wired his and worked fine....

i should say that this plug came from a 97 linc and only has the four wires,colored the same a fox,but shaped different as you know,
