2.3 4 banger power steering system same as 5.0?

My 91' beater 2.3 fox is leaking power steering fluid. The pump is also on it's way out and whines pretty good. Any idea if 5.0 stuff is the same?

I've heard that the fitting coming out of the pump is different. Also the rack is a different ratio. Which I dont think that part matters much. the hoses are obviously different. The 5.0's have the cooler line that bolts in front of the core support.

My 94's pump with all the miles on it was making all kinds of gawdawful noises and would always be low on fluid... let it get close to empty and pour about half a bottle of lucas power steering fix and crank the wheel back and forth like 10 times... then top it off with regular Type F fluid and it should be good to go. Seems to have fixed mine.
