Making these at work, they weigh 4lbs that's 18lbs lighter then stock. Mine is bolted directly to the front core but the ones i will be selling are gonna be mounted to the stock bumper location. They are heavy gauge aluminum. Not sure how many i will make, plans are they will be around 125 bucks.
I just checking to see how many people would want one.
Also plan on making Torq box supports and rear end braces for 8.8 rear end housings..

Looks good, I would just be worried about a front end collision with aluminum as your front bumper support.

Not like the Chrome-molly will help, the front core will crush with out the impact shocks on the bumper, these are for keeping the bumper from folding at high speeds not for crashes, anyone who removes their stock bumper should have a cage and harness for protection encase of crash.
Also the stock bumper is made of plastic!

You made any of the rear end braces yet? I'm probably going to be putting on my 8.8 this year. Interested to see how you have it designed.
