anybody ever make some? like taking a 6" pipe and ripping a 2" slot in it for the water to get in then plumbing it like normal threw a downspout. Our garage has had gutters before but when you get a good snow it would often build up too much with weight and when the snow would slide off the aluminum roof it would take the gutters out. So I was thinking with a rounded gutter system that the snow would most likely just fall straight down and not take the gutters out with it.

Also trying to figure a way to get the drainage at the garage doors to work better. Right now the water just sits in the pockets infront of the door and leaks into the garage. I know a trough system would work best but the question is what type. Driveway is concrete so I know trenching of somesort would need to be done. Didn't know if a pit with a metal grate over it would be better vs a smaller pvc pipe drain with those small pvc covers over it. What is everones experiences with this?
