Mellow Mushroom pizza in wilder

They have been pretty busy since they opened about 2-3 weeks ago. But we got in without much wait for dinner one night last week. Very good pizza...had the buffalo chicken pizza and potato skin pizza. Both were very good. I'd have to rank them a bit better than Dewey's. An a added plus for beer lovers like myself...they have 40 beers on tap with most of them being craft beers.

I haven't been there yet but I'm down around there all the time, bet it's got a lot of people coming in around midnight or so and smokeboxing the parking lot lol.

I went there a couple of weeks ago, they are still working out some kinks it seems. But overall I was pretty pleased with the place. Great beer selection that you can't get at most places, and ok prices on the food.

They are a chain, but more popular in the south like Georgia, Miss, Alabama, Fl, Texas and so on. Looks like they are making their way up north some.

They are a chain..think they started near UGA's campus in Athens,GA. Starting to work there way north a bit. I had a Rivertown Hop Bomber ale when I was there...good stuff if you like IPA's:chug:

There is one here in Lexington right near UKs campus. It's always crowded but well worth it. Their pretzels are awesome!!

Its off of the Wilder exit in Ky right before the Taylor Mill exit if you are coming from Ohio. It is right next to Longneck's and the sports complex where they have indoor/outdoor soccer and paintball. :bigthumb

Yes, it is VERY good pizza, but a little pricey for pizza, but good though.

Ate there Wed night!! Awesome place. Great pizza, Lots of different beers on tap, fun time! Only down side was the ads on tv for the shake weight playing every 10 mins. LOL!!
